And even though you’ll look beautiful the whole day, having fresh hair and makeup for all of your portraits is a huge perk. Even if your first look ends up getting a little teary, you’ll have plenty of time to touch up your makeup before you walk down the aisle!

GET YOUR PHOTOS DONE: Since having a first look means most of your portraits, wedding party photos, and family photos done ahead of time, this gives you the opportunity to take extra portraits of you and your partner later or just head straight to cocktail hour.
